Microsoft Dynamics is a popular and growing Customer Relationship management solution in the Social Housing Sector. We can offer an integrated Communication Manager implementation allowing communications via a range of digital channels, with communication triggered by Dynamics workflows, or changes to Dynamics data records. Messages sent by Communication Manager can use any data field stored in Microsoft Dynamics records, and we can write-back to Microsoft Dynamics history records any incoming messages. Within our support and development team we maintain a good familiarity with the Dynamics database for extending our data synchronisation, and for implementing new communication triggers.

With a range of joint Northgate clients and good working relationship between the two organisations, Deeplake can enhance a Northgate Housing implementation with strong data integration, Diary-To-Text features (messaging from within Northgate Housing), easy and powerful search and selection of customers in the Northgate system, and a range of automated communications. Deeplake Communications Manager brings your data instantly online and allows real-time communications with customers via Smartphone, Tenant Portal, SMS, Email, and Social Media.
MIS Housing provides simple communication features such as an outbound SMS gateway for one off messages. Communication Manager enhances this by adding more powerful Social Media channels, Social Media management tools, plus a fully integrated Customer Smartphone App. Where broad communications are required (such as for surveys or broadcast announcements) the Communication Manager map and demographic selection tools provide powerful features and ease-of-use for tenant engagement teams.
Any data stored within MIS is accessible to be automatically merged into customer messages, and a full range of tenant self-service transactions is available.
Orchard's original "Orchard Communicator" was provided by Deeplake's now-replaced Version 5 (2009) release, and we still support a large number of Orchard users. With the the release of Orchards' new Orchard Housing platform, Orchard re-launched Orchard Communicator as a simpler SMS gateway module copying some features of our old V5 platform. Customers changed V5 support and hosting agreements to contract directly.
Deeplake continue to support the V5 platform for Orchard users (until 2016), but most have migrated to the new V6 (2014) release to take advantage of the latest features incorporated, such as map views, enhanced selection, mobile payments, arrears trending, Social Media, Tenant Smartphone and many more enhancements.
Communication Manager uses Web Services to access data within Orchard Housing, and we offer and support a full set of integration features for current and new Orchard users.
Deeplake Communication Manager and Opti-time were first implemented together in 2008, and we have a dedicated interface in our Data Channel for Opti-Time appointment reminders. Replacing the simple SMS alert feed (which ships as standard with Opti-Time) with a feed to Communication Manager allows a more sophisticated reminder pattern to be used, with time-outs, positive confirmations of tenant attendance, job complete by SMS for contractors, and automatic follow up surveys with full reporting.
Landlords can gain more benefit from an Opti-time implementation by linking with a full-featured communications platform like Deeplake, providing a single point of contact across all departments from ad-hoc messaging, through rents and ASB reporting to repair and servicing reminders. Tenants find it easy to engage with a single communications platform, rather than multiple SMS numbers and systems. A single platform also provides for consistent reporting, auditing, security, billing, message formatting and configuration.
Deeplake share a small number of clients with Kypera. We work with Kypera on a customer by customer basis, and most standard integration features are supported. The two platform technologies are compatible and work well together. Communication Manager enhances Kypera by adding more powerful Social Media channels and Social Media management tools. Commercial Partners are our premier partners and have a formal Partnersip Agreement with Deeplake, typically covering joint marketing and support arrangements, and the Partner will resell or introduce Deeplake products within an agreed framework. Commercial Partners may resell all or some of Deeplake's products, depending on their requirements and product portfolio.
Civica are a leading provider of Housing Management Software with a range of well-established software products in the UK market.
Civica resell Deeplake Communication Manager, which shares data with Universal Housing and CTX. We have a number of joint customers now implementing Civica Cx, and over twenty joint customers using Communication Manager, integrated with Universal Housing, to share tenant data and Diary-to-Text modules.

We work closely with Omniledger, our most technically skilled partner around Communication Manager. Omniledger deploy fully project managed Communication Manager implementations with configuration and training.
Omniledger and Deeplake work closely on data integration, support services, and future product planning. Orders for Deeplake products are placed with the relevant Omniledger Account Manager.

Capita Housing customers represent our largest user group and we can enhance Capita's Housing Software by making a wider range of Digital Channels available for tenant communication, providing powerful ad-hoc and mass communication features, and making Facebook and Social Media use easier to manage.
Deeplake integrates with Capita Housing products across all digital channels. Deeplake products can be ordered directly from your Capita Account Manager.
