Civica Housing

Civica are a leading provider of Housing Management Software with a range of well-established software products in the UK market.

Civica resell Deeplake Communication Manager, which shares data with Universal Housing and CTX. We have a number of joint customers now implementing Civica Cx, and over twenty joint customers using Communication Manager, integrated with Universal Housing, to share tenant data and Diary-to-Text modules.

Deeplake enhances Civica's Housing Software by:

  • Making a wider range of Digital Channels available for tenant communication
  • Providing powerful ad-hoc and mass communication features
  • Allowing you to use and manage your Facebook and Social Media presence effectively

Civica users can automatically have messages sent based on Universal Housing rent and repair (and other) database transactions, send digital messages to tenants from within their Civica systems and have tenant messages written back to Civica tenant diary records.

With V6, tenants can be viewed and selected via map or any Universal Housing data field in Communication Manager, and a full set of self service transactions are available (Rent balance by SMS, view rent statement via Smartphone etc.)

Customers may order Communication Manager direct with Deeplake or via their Civica Account Manager with identical terms and pricing. If you are a Universal Housing, CTX or Cx customer, contact us directly or via your Civica account manager.

Omniledger

We work closely with Omniledger, our most technically skilled partner around Communication Manager. Omniledger deploy fully project managed Communication Manager implementations with configuration and training.

Omniledger and Deeplake work closely on data integration, support services, and future product planning. Orders for Deeplake products are placed with the relevant Omniledger Account Manager.

Omniledger users can automatically have messages sent based on rent and repair (and other) database transactions, send digital messages to tenants from within Pyramid and have tenant messages written back to diary records.

With V6, tenants can be viewed and selected via map or any data field, and a full set of self service transactions are available (Rent balance by SMS, view rent statement via Smartphone etc.)

Capita Software Services

Deeplakes' partnership with Capita started in 2009, initially as Capita Housings' exclusive partner for tenant communications around SMS, and now providing solutions to Capita Housing customers for Social Media communication with OpenHousing and Academy.

Capita Housing customers represent our largest user group and we can enhance Capita's Housing Software by making a wider range of Digital Channels available for tenant communication, providing powerful ad-hoc and mass communication features, and making Facebook and Social Media use easier to manage.

Deeplake integrates with Capita Housing products across all digital channels. Deeplake products can be ordered directly from your Capita Account Manager.

SDM Housing

Originally a Commercial Partner since 2010, SDM customers can use Deeplake's automated messaging platform with SDM Housing or a low-cost SMS module for simple requirements. SDM customers can also take advantage of our best-in-class Tenant Web Portal which offers more flexibility, ease-of-use and features than other available options. Deeplake maintains SDM integration allowing dynamic selection and self-service transactions via SMS and email, and also cost-free messaging via our Social Media and Smartphone Channels.

For broadcast messaging, self service and surveys, Communication Manager remains the most powerful option for SDM Housing users, with grown-up functionality used by large landlords (such as London & Quadrant). Our Tenant Portal module is particularly feature rich and flexible for SDM users, as used by customers such as Christian Action Housing.

Paloma

Paloma offer several software products for the Social Housing Sector. We work with Paloma, and integrate with Paloma software. Paloma and Deeplake operate a Partner Agreement on a referral basis if Paloma customers wish to implement Digital Channel Shift strategies.
